We proactively scrutinize site opportunities and constraints in conjunction with agency requirements to provide a road map for project success. NewBridge has extensive experience with successfully processing land use entitlement permits. We specialize in obtaining project rezoning, conditional use permits, major use permits, plan amendments and related land use and development approvals. We believe that each property is unique not only in terms of physical attributes, but also in terms of an optimal strategy for successfully processing entitlements to make a successful project on the backend.

NewBridge Homes is a full service home builder with sales, construction development and management expertise. The principals of NewBridge Homes have overseen the construction of over 1,500 homes in California.

NewBridge specializes in sales and creative financing solutions for owners of real estate. We partner with lenders that focus on a Borrower’s individual circumstances in order to provide flexible and innovative solutions.

BRYAN AVILLA

Bryan previously served as Division President of a south-western regional homebuilder. Bryan's specialties include finance, entitlements, development, construction and sales of master planned residential properties. Bryan has completed construction and sales of approximately 1,000 homes and has managed over $500 million dollars in un-entitled and entitled land holdings during his tenure. Bryan has been responsible for managing and overseeing land, distressed inventory, product conceptualization, project strategy, and forward planning.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California.
IAN HARVEY

Ian's professional experience includes real estate entitlement, development, and finance. Ian served as both Director of Community Development and later, V.P. of Operations for a private homebuilder in the Western US. Ian was directly responsible for managing the company's single family, multi-family, active adult and mixed-use development activities, which included the entitlement, development and construction of approxiamtely 5,000 single and multi-family residential units, over 1 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space, and diverse amenities including sports parks, community centers and clubhouses.
Ian holds a JD degree from USC's Gould School of Law, and MBA degree from USC's Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of California, San Diego.
J. ROBERT MESERVE

Rob Meserve is general counsel of NewBridge Homes and its affiliates. He is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations and managing NewBrdige's lending and investment platforms. Mr. Meserve joined NewBridge after acting as NewBridge's outside real estate counsel during its formative years. Prior to joining NewBridge, Rob worked at the law firm of Rutan & Tucker LLP in its real estate section for almost a decade. Rob has been awarded the Wiley W. Manual Award from the State Bar of California for his dedication to the community.
Rob received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Loyola Law School where he was admitted to the Order of the Coif. Additionally, Mr. Meserve received his Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.
